It’s taken so long because I’m new to audio and am slowly releasing all my books in audio format. This has been a labor of love. It’s also been super exciting because after non fiction, this was my first go at fiction.

The Process
The process has been longish. I contacted my voice actor, Madeline Starr after listening to her voice sample. I knew she’d sound great for the project. It took a while but Madeline made all the characters come to life.
I love her voice! And hope to work with her on other books.
There’s so much effort that goes into audio production. And I’m just starting to find that out. So after listening and editing, and uploading and finalizing, here we are. A project that I started nearly three months ago is now here. Phew!
I chose Starting Over because its the first project I’ve written seamlessly from the heart. It was also short and I was just testing the audio fiction waters.
